Decades of ignoring my general fitness, I decided I wanted to get healthy and fit. Ashley welcomed me with open arms, listened to why I was on this health journey. What it meant to me. Now, here I am 10 months later sharing with her how my training is coming for my Half Marathon, something I didn't even think was a possibility when I first joined.

I have a chronic injury in my knees and a history of osteoporosis in my family. I was looking for a personal trainer to get stronger and recover some mobility. I tried several programs but was unable to workout pain free until Ashley designed a program that helped me progress gradually without a relapse. Ashley is an excellent trainer! She explains things thoroughly and always ensures you're in correct form. She pushes you when you need it, and will give you an awesome/intense workout.
